Please note that candidates applying during this period will be assigned examination centers in Bangalore only, as mentioned in the official notification. There will be no further chance to register for KSET-2023 after this.

The examination fee for KSET 2023 is Rs 1000 for General, Cat-IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB, and other State candidates. The application fee is Rs 700 for Cat-I, SC, ST, PWD, and Transgender candidates.

The KSET examination, originally scheduled for November 26, has been postponed. The new date for the examination is December 31. The exam will consist of two papers, both containing only objective type Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).

As per the information on the official KSET website, successful candidates in the KSET must follow the recruitment rules for Lecturers and Assistant Professors in different Universities, Colleges, and Institutions, whether they are Government, Aided, or Private, in the state.

Candidates should be aware that if they have previously qualified in a specific subject through the KSET, they cannot apply for the same subject in future exams. If a candidate who was previously eligible in past KSET exams wants to participate in the current KSET test, their candidacy will be canceled, and their previous eligibility will be revoked.

The KSET 2022 exam will be held at 11 centers across Karnataka. Aspiring candidates are advised to regularly check the official KEA website for any updates and details about the KSET 2023 exam.
