Tata Motors introduced the facelifted Nexon EV in the Indian market on September 14, 2023. With availability in six variants and a choice of seven colors, this model competes with the Mahindra XUV400 and is currently experiencing a specific waiting period. Let’s delve into the details.

Potential buyers interested in the updated Nexon EV will encounter a waiting period of 8-10 weeks from the booking date. The duration may vary based on factors such as the chosen battery pack, variant, color, dealership, and other considerations. Concerning updates, the refreshed Nexon showcases a completely revamped fascia, featuring an LED light bar that extends across the bonnet and tailgate. It also boasts tweaked LED headlamps and taillamps, along with redesigned front and rear bumpers. Inside, it is equipped with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, a fully digital instrument cluster, electronic parking brakes, a two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo, ventilated front seats, and a single-pane sunroof.

The Nexon EV offers two battery pack options – Medium Range and Long Range, providing a claimed range of 325km and 465km, respectively. This battery pack powers the electric motor, generating up to 143bhp and 215Nm of torque. Charging from 10 to 100 percent can be achieved in six hours using a 7.2kW AC charger.
