Classic Legend, the proprietor of Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, has officially revealed the introduction of the brand-new Jawa 350 in India, marking the replacement of the departing model. With an ex-showroom price of Rs 2.14 lakh, the motorcycle has undergone substantial enhancements, leading to a price adjustment of Rs 12,000 compared to its predecessor.
While the fundamental outline of the motorcycle remains unchanged, the bike now boasts a more robust appearance with substantial tires. A new dual-cradle chassis has been incorporated into the motorcycle, resulting in an increased ground clearance of 178 mm, which is 15 mm greater than the previous version. Additionally, the seat height has been elevated to 790 mm, as opposed to the earlier 785 mm. The wheelbase now measures 1449 mm, up from 1368 mm. Finally, the motorcycle’s kerb weight has experienced an increment from 184 kg to 194 kg. In addition, notable enhancements include more emphasized fenders, increased seat cushioning thickness, and an all-new aesthetic known as Mystique Orange, alongside the retained Maroon and Black color schemes.
The subsequent noteworthy upgrade on the motorcycle involves the introduction of the fresh 334 cc single-cylinder engine, supplanting the former 294cc unit. The engine now features a reduced compression ratio, aligning with the motorcycle’s distinctive character, and is endorsed to generate 22.26 bhp and 28.1 Nm. It is coupled with a six-speed gearbox equipped with an assist and slip clutch.
Anticipate the imminent arrival of the novel Jawa 350 at authorized dealerships throughout India. In terms of rivals, the motorcycle persists in engaging in competition with the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Honda CB350, and the Benelli Imperiale 400.
