Exclusive: Mahindra XUV.e9 Caught on Camera During Testing in India

Mahindra revealed its XUV.e9 alongside various all-electric concepts towards the end of 2022. The car manufacturer plans to introduce the vehicle at some point in 2025. Before its formal introduction, the model was recently observed during rigorous testing within the country.

As depicted in the photograph, the vehicle is adorned with a cyber-patterned camouflage wrap. Additional observable design features comprise streamlined LED taillights exhibiting a connected appearance, a shark-fin antenna, an elongated roof spoiler, and a seamlessly integrated high-mounted stop lamp.

The dimensions of the vehicle are anticipated to be 4,590mm in length and 1,690mm in height. Additionally, the wheelbase is expected to measure around 2,775mm. The coupe SUV is set to utilize the INGLO platform, which is shared in collaboration with Volkswagen.

In earlier instances of captured images, the leaked visuals showcased the interior of the XUV.e9, uncovering numerous significant particulars. These revelations encompassed a three-screen configuration, a two-spoke steering wheel, a redesigned center console, and a drive mode selector lever resembling that of the XUV400.

Upon arrival, the all-electric coupe from the Indian automaker will likely come equipped with an 80kWh battery unit with an approximate driving range of 450km on a single charge.
