Ather Energy has officially offered a glimpse of its forthcoming electric scooter tailored for families. It is set to be named the Rizta and was previously observed undergoing testing. The manufacturer, based in Bengaluru, plans to unveil it in the upcoming months, and here are the details we have gathered.
Examining the prototype, the Ather Rizta will sport a level apron. The side panels exhibit considerably fewer cuts or creases in comparison to the existing 450 lineup. The LED headlight is seamlessly integrated horizontally within the front panel. Similarly, the taillight follows the same design format. The floorboard area of the soon-to-be-released Ather Rizta is expected to offer more space compared to the current 450X model.
Anticipated is the Ather Rizta, envisaged to draw inspiration from the 450 lineage in terms of its hardware, features, motor, and battery components. By way of illustration, Ather currently presents the 450S equipped with a 2.9kWh battery, whereas the 450X is available with battery options of 2.9kWh and 3.7kWh. Both variants share a maximum speed of 90kmph. Nevertheless, the 450S boasts a range of 115km, whereas the 450X variants with 2.9kWh and 3.7kWh batteries offer ranges of 111km and 150km, respectively.
